Trap characteristics: Medium-to-large traps with long, wide, and often fused cilia. The intense red color is present both inside and out, making the plant particularly striking and decorative.

Plant size: Medium-to-large

Rarity: Medium

The Dionaea muscipula "Great Teeth All Red" is a highly regarded selection that combines the iconic shape of the stubby, fused teeth characteristic of the "Great Teeth" with a spectacular, all-red coloration. Elegant and aggressive at the same time, it is a perfect plant for collectors or for anyone looking for a Venus flytrap with a strong visual impact and a bold look.

Characteristics

Very bright room Spring, Summer, Autumn North America

Imagine two modified leaves, joined along a central rib, that open like the pages of a book. Inside these "pages" are very sensitive hairs, called trichomes. These hairs act as sensors and, when touched by an insect, trigger a mechanism that causes the trap to close.
